Terms and Conditions of Purchase

Here are a full list of our Terms and Conditions of Purchase

Billing
• Customers placing an order will not be billed until the item ships from the warehouse or a purchase order is placed through one of our drop ship vendors.
• If there are multiple items on an order you may be billed separately for each item and the total amount charged will never exceed the original purchase price unless you are notified and we receive your permission. The total shipping cost will either be billed with the largest item, or split among all the items on a pro-rata basis.
Verification
• All customers are required to provide a valid phone number and email address
• Immediately after placing the order, you will receive an email verifying your order, if the information is incomplete or incorrect you must notify the service department immediately
• Individual orders may be subject to additional verification before they can be shipped, this verification process is conducted by a third party, and takes between 1 and 24 hours

Shipping
Multiple Package Shipments
• "Multiple Package" refers to orders with more than one item that cannot be included in one package, or a single item that is shipped in multiple packages because of size/weight constraints
• Orders with multiple items may ship from separate locations through multiple carriers
• Items ship based on availability
• If an order includes an in-stock item and an out-of-stock item we may ship the in-stock item immediately and backorder the out-of-stock item.

Shipping Area
• Standard Shipping Area excludes all international, Alaska, Hawaiian and FPO/APO addresses
• Customers wishing to order outside the standard shipping area must contact us first to receive a quote on the shipping costs

Free Shipping
• Items with free shipping are clearly marked
• If you order a "free shipping" item and a regular item you will only be charged shipping for the regular item
• If you order a "free shipping" item outside the standard shipping area you will be contacted for the additional shipping quote before the order is processed

Standard Ground Shipping
• "Standard ground shipping" is the default shipping method
• If you would like faster shipping you must speak with a representative
• Typical Ground Shipping transit time is 4-7 Business days from the time the item leaves the warehouse
• "Standard ground shipping" is the amount you are required to pay for the item to leave the warehouse
• Items may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control (i.e. Weather, Sales Volume, Staffing, Available Inventory) and in these cases a representative may see fit, but is not required to issue a credit based on the individual order circumstances

Ground Freight Shipping
• "Ground Freight" refers to any shipment that ships through a third party trucking company
• Ground freight shipments typically take 7-10 business days from the time they are picked up
• Ground Freight deliveries will be scheduled by the carrier, customers will be required to provide a valid phone number to schedule a delivery appointment

Receipt of Item
• Customers are given 14 days to inspect items for defect and ensure that they have received the correct product. • We inspect all outgoing packages to ensure that they are complete and defect free. • If a received item is incomplete you must notify us within 5 business days of receipt
• Parts to an incomplete item will be shipped using the same method selected on the original order

Returns

Return Policy
• ALL customers wishing to return their purchases must first obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. A request for an RMA# must be made within 30 days of order delivery and be returned back to us no later than 6 days after an RMA# has been issued
• If a package arrives without the RMA# and/or your signature is not visible on the outside, it may be refused by our receiving department
• Freight charges for all non-defective returns will be the responsibility of the customer
• Return shipments should be sent with confirmations or tracking numbers. trampolinepartsandsupply.com claims no responsibility for missing shipments.
• All returns must have non-damaged packaging (preferably unopened) and be in resalable condition, containing all original contents (Instruction manuals, Warranty Cards, Tags, spare parts, accessories etc.) otherwise, a restocking fee will be assessed
• Merchandise that has been excessively used or show any signs of abuse cannot be returned for refund. You may, however, be protected under the warranty and must work with the manufacturer to obtain either a replacement or a repair
• Returned merchandise that is damaged will not be eligible for refund, the item will be held for a maximum of 30 days. During this period the customer will be asked to retrieve the item. If the customer fails to retrieve the item after 30 days the item will be discarded

Returned Merchandise Credits
• Credit will be evaluated for each returned item individually
• Returns must be received by the correct location, Items sent anywhere but the designated return facility will be subject to third party restocking fees.
• Items with "Free Shipping" will be refunded the item cost, minus standard shipping costs, and any applicable fees will be deducted based on the remaining value
• Once an item is received it will be processed by the returns department within 5 business days

All returns are subject to a 20% or $25 restocking fee, whichever is greater. This restocking fee covers any inspections, repackaging, minor cleaning that needs to be done in order to return the product to "Like-New" condition.

Reasons for Return
Exchange or Credit
• Returns for Credit will be inspected upon receipt. After inspection the item will be credited based on the standard returns policy
Returns for Exchanges will be inspected upon receipt. After inspection of the item the eligible refund amount will be applied to the total cost of the new order including shipping fees
• If the returned item value exceeds that of the replacement item, a credit for the difference less the cost of shipping the replacement item will be returned to the purchaser in the same manner in which the original purchase was made
• If the returned item value is less than that of the replacement item, the RMA form gives us your permission to charge you for the difference plus the cost of shipping the new item to you.
• If you received your item as a gift, you will need to provide your own form of payment if additional payment is required

Functional or Visual Defects
We inspect all merchandise both visually and functionally before we ship it. In the rare event that your merchandise is defective upon receipt, it can be handled in one of the following ways
• "Out of the box" visual defects must be reported within 2 business days of delivery, otherwise a return or exchange would be subject to the standard return shipping fees
• Functional defects must be reported within 30 days of receipt or before the end of the warranty coverage date.
• Eligible orders will be repaired or reshipped as necessary, item specific delays may apply
• The corrected items will ship using standard ground shipping unless the customer requests and pays for the additional shipping fees
Refunds
• Eligible refunds will be credited in the same manner the original order was placed
• Refunds being issued to expired credit cards will be issued as a company check via certified mail

Refused Packages
• Customers wishing to refuse a shipment for any reason other than damaged packaging are automatically subject to the full restocking fee plus a $10 refusal fee per package
• Refused shipments may also be subject to additional fees issued by the carrier
• Customers who refuse shipments due to damaged packaging must notify us immediately, the shipment may be sent for re-delivery, at which time the customer must do an inventory of the shipment and any missing parts will be shipped using the same method selected on the original order

Warranty Details
• All Warranty information is provided by the manufacturer
• Customers may be referred to the manufacturer directly, however under most circumstances we will assist in furnishing replacements
• Abusive behavior is not covered under warranty
• Warranty coverage is "Replacement Only" unless an upgrade is approved by authorized representative beforehand
• No refunds will be issued for parts beyond the refund period regardless of warranty eligibility

Product Life Expectancy
• "Product life expectancy" refers to the posted expected life of any particular item
• The expected life is a time period provided by the manufacturer, it is based on an expected usage level. • The life expectancy is not a guarantee of any kind, but a reference used in determining which product will best serve your needs

Publications and Promotions
• Promotions offered through any source other than trampolinepartsandsupply.com/supertrampoline.com the official trampolinepartsandsupply.com/supertrampoline.com email newsletter cannot be honored
• Sales Prices are only good for the time they are published on trampolinepartsandsupply.com
